Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer – Team Lead, Case Processing Manager – Medical Device Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Lead the team in charge of ICSR management for designated projects or project groups.

• Manage ICSR staff directly.

• Assign tasks and supervise workflow processes for the designated projects and teams.

• Ensure effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Support the realization of company goals and objectives.

• Assist in project team activities on behalf of both clients and the company.

• Establish and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and actions to improve the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with assistance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure their accuracy.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct second quality control of cases.

• Provide support to other departments as directed.

• Act as the designated subject-matter expert for the assigned team.

• Support the RA & PV Network Department, including serving as LCPPV for the specific country and PRLS for the assigned language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant prior experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 1 year of experience in a line management role.

• Experience with medical devices is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Strong planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
