Senior Performance Marketing Manager – SEA, Google Ads, AI Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and performance for intricate, high-budget Paid Search accounts spanning various markets and platforms.

• Create data-driven strategies utilizing Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max, and emerging AI Search environments to achieve measurable business growth.

• Convert complex performance data into clear insights, prioritized actions, and ongoing optimization efforts.

• Provide guidance to senior client stakeholders, challenge existing methodologies, and pinpoint new opportunities for profitable expansion.

• Lead strategic presentations, workshops, and pitches, while contributing to the establishment of best-in-class standards within our Paid Search and AI Advertising practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in managing complex Paid Search or PPC accounts, preferably within an agency or international setting.

• Extensive expertise in Google Ads, coupled with a solid understanding of the interactions among bidding, tracking, conversion journeys, landing pages, feeds, and commercial goals.

• Proficient in analyzing complex data, identifying high-impact opportunities, and translating insights into clear strategic actions.

• Possess a confident, consultative approach to client interactions, with the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a structured, proactive, and highly independent working style in a remote environment.

• Full professional proficiency in both German and English is required.
