This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing everything from account structure to campaigns, bidding strategies, search term hygiene, negative keyword strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Enhance cost efficiency and achieve profitable growth by balancing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and volume while meeting defined unit economics targets.
• Develop and manage your own reporting and monitoring systems to track spending, CAC by funnel stage, payback, and any dashboards necessary to maintain oversight of the account.
• Actively incorporate AI tools into your daily tasks for analysis, audits, ad iterations, and reporting purposes.
• Establish and lead our paid social program, starting with Meta, ensuring disciplined testing, clear success criteria, and transparent decisions on whether to proceed or halt initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategic planning, landing page development, and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Clearly communicate performance metrics, trends, and strategic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with extensive expertise in Google Ads (including Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, account structure, negative keyword strategies, and audience signals).
• Experience managing and owning more than $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with the ability to discuss efficiency versus volume trade-offs at that level.
• Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of metrics such as CAC, payback, LTV, conversion lag, and attribution, and the ability to create custom reports.
• Familiarity with Meta or paid social campaigns, ideally having set up or relaunched such programs.
• Preference for candidates with experience in B2C subscription or freemium funnels, particularly in trial-based setups and multi-stage conversion tracking.
• Actively uses AI tools in their daily workflow, demonstrating practical knowledge rather than just awareness.
• A genuine individual contributor who thrives on hands-on ownership and is not looking to transition into people management.
• Capable of working independently without extensive processes or guidance, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying decisions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to maintain significant overlap with US Eastern time zone working hours for real-time collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
