This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Autonomous planning, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of advertising campaigns on Meta.
• Conduct funnel analyses throughout the entire customer journey: identify and strategically eliminate conversion obstacles.
• Develop and oversee a systematic creative-testing process: introduce new variants weekly, assess results, and create briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams in a data-driven manner to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• Track key performance indicators (ROAS, NC-CAC, Hook Rate) and independently formulate optimization strategies.
• 4–5 years of practical in-house experience in performance marketing, particularly focused on Meta Ads within e-commerce or D2C sectors.
• Proven success in scaling budgets from €100,000 monthly while sustaining or enhancing profitability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary tracking methods: server-side tracking, Conversions API, and post-iOS attribution.
• Experience in optimizing customer funnels (guiding users from advertisement to purchase).
