Marketing Associate – Paid Media, Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads and Google Ads** for client accounts.

• Take ownership of budgets; optimize to achieve target CPA / ROAS; manage creative testing processes.

• Clearly report performance metrics and adjust strategies swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have **personally overseen live paid-ad campaigns** with actual budgets — building, optimizing, and reporting independently (not "assisted").

• Proficient in **Meta and Google**; knowledgeable in CPA, ROAS, CTR, and budget pacing.

• Data-driven and proactive.

• Proficient in **English**; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• **Preferred:** Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification; experience in an agency setting; familiarity with Middle East campaigns.
