This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily execution of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, spanning various brands.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Serve as the primary contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables, even without direct authority.
• Proactively address potential issues and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned, rather than resorting to crisis management.
• Develop creator pricing from scratch using CPV (cost per view) and anticipated performance metrics.
• Negotiate creator fees within the budget and target CPV, safeguarding both campaign results and profit margins.
• Actively negotiate additional value assets and maximize the worth of every agreement.
• Manage campaign budgets meticulously, model various scenarios, and identify commercial risks early on.
• Treat each campaign as a commercial entity, not merely a creative project.
• Establish trusted relationships through clear, proactive communication that avoids surprises.
• Adapt to each client's unique style, providing everything from polished weekly reports to quick informal updates.
• Anticipate client requirements, offer insights, and create conditions conducive to renewal and growth.
• Create casting shortlists and determine creator suitability based on client archetypes, campaign objectives, and creator verticals.
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, leading all communications and fielding inquiries.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign goals.
• Manage creator contracts, usage rights, and disclosure compliance efficiently.
• Monitor performance based on key metrics: CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Utilize Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools to track campaigns in real-time, not just upon completion.
• Maintain Kyra as the single source of truth, ensuring all updates, creator communications, and statuses are reflected in-platform rather than in private spreadsheets.
• Identify data inconsistencies and workflow gaps promptly.
• Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations that clients can implement, supported by reliable daily reporting.
• Operate within Kyra's proprietary platform as a power user, managing campaigns from start to finish using the technology.
• Generate campaign insights that influence product development, utilizing the platform's outputs to enhance account management: a genuine two-way interaction between you and the technology.
• Leverage AI daily to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of your work.
• Quickly adopt new tools and optimize workflows on Kyra's AI-native platform.
• Embrace a willingness to experiment; this approach has yielded positive results across the team, and we seek individuals who are eager to engage.
• Experience in an agency setting managing influencer or creator campaigns; this is our top priority.
• A true performance and KPI-driven mindset, comfortable taking ownership of metrics and being evaluated on them.
• Proficiency in CPV: capable of developing creator pricing based on performance targets and defending it effectively.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills: adept at formulas, pivot tables, and building trackers from scratch.
• Fluency in AI and a genuine eagerness to incorporate it into your work processes.
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Experience with both consumer/DTC and tech/B2B brands.
• Experience in creator negotiation and contracting.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Support for adjustments in the interview process due to individual conditions.
