• 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Integrated Marketing.

• Proficient project management abilities.

• Analytics-focused approach.

• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing initiatives.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and execution.

• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
