This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads from start to finish, including account structure, campaigns, bidding strategies, search-term management, negative-keyword tactics, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Enhance cost efficiency and achieve profitable scalability by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against defined unit-economics goals.
• Develop and manage your own reporting and monitoring systems, including spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, payback analysis, and the necessary dashboards to maintain an edge on the account.
• Actively incorporate AI tools into your daily tasks for analysis, audits, ad iterations, and reporting purposes.
• Establish and lead our paid social program (starting with Meta) through rigorous testing, clear success metrics, and straightforward go/no-go evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategic direction, landing page optimization, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Clearly communicate performance, trends, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with extensive expertise in Google Ads (including Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, account structure, negative-keyword tactics, and audience signals).
• Proven experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid advertising budgets, with the ability to discuss the trade-offs between efficiency and volume at that scale.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, creating reports, and knowledgeable in CAC, payback, LTV, conversion lag, and attribution.
• Experience with Meta or paid social media, particularly in launching or relaunching programs.
• Preferred experience in B2C subscription or freemium sales funnels, including trial-based funnels and multi-stage conversion tracking.
• Actively uses AI tools in their daily workflow, beyond mere awareness.
• A dedicated individual contributor who thrives on hands-on responsibilities and is not looking to move into people management.
• Capable of working independently without extensive processes or guidance and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to maintain significant overlap with US Eastern working hours for real-time collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
