This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance performance marketing campaigns across various paid media channels.
• Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Google Gen, and Meta, including retargeting efforts.
• Work in collaboration with performance marketing, sales, and broader marketing teams to develop a multi-channel strategy.
• Refine audience targeting and ensure alignment between paid media initiatives and sales goals.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
• Supervise and manage budgets for paid media.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance utilizing GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Compile performance reports that include insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and suggest paid media initiatives aimed at user acquisition.
• Analyze user behavior using heatmapping and session-recording tools like Hotjar or Mouseflow.
• Partner with SEO teams for keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical assessments.
• Perform fundamental SEO analysis leveraging tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Create and enhance landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns through HubSpot.
• Ensure coherent messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate on projects utilizing Jira or similar project management software.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Ads.
• At least 2 years of experience with marketing analytics tools and strategies for SEO optimization.
• Over 2 years of experience with marketing automation and project management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate metrics.
• A data-driven mindset accompanied by hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and pixels.
• Capability to work independently and manage campaigns from start to finish.
• Google Ads certification is considered a plus.
• Experience with Meta Ads is advantageous.
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment tools is desirable.
• Experience with extended sales cycles and lead nurturing strategies is a plus.
• Previous experience in SaaS or B2B industries is beneficial.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada indefinitely is mandatory.
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
• Target base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 CAD.
