Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Franki's paid acquisition strategy for both B2C consumer growth and B2B merchant acquisition.

• Oversee and enhance performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging paid channels.

• Lead collaborations with external agency partners by setting objectives, managing budgets, auditing campaign performance, and ensuring accountability.

• Initiate, test, and refine campaigns directly within advertising platforms as necessary.

• Propel consumer app installs, user acquisition, and in-app engagement while consistently optimizing customer acquisition costs.

• Develop and expand merchant lead generation programs that aid Sales and enhance lead quality and pipeline performance.

• Create and implement an experimentation roadmap focusing on creative, landing pages, audiences, and campaign optimization.

• Manage marketing attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards using tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and Salesforce.

• Oversee paid media budgets and optimize investments for lower-funnel acquisition and upper-funnel brand awareness initiatives.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to boost marketing efficiency, speed up testing, and scale creative production.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in performance marketing or growth marketing.

• Proven experience managing both B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B lead generation initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.

• Practical experience in scaling mobile apps, with a solid understanding of AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Conversions API, and mobile attribution.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and contemporary marketing analytics platforms.

• Background in managing media agencies and ensuring partners meet ambitious performance targets.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.

• A highly execution-focused mindset with a readiness to dive in and tackle tasks directly.
