Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in developing, executing, and expanding Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns to attract highly qualified participant inquiries.

• Oversee the comprehensive management and growth of our paid social channels (Meta & TikTok), ensuring seamless integration with the overall acquisition strategy.

• Hold full budget accountability, focusing on CPL (cost per lead), CPA, and ROAS, while optimizing the entire funnel data-driven from click to course completion.

• Create detailed briefs for the creative team based on performance analytics and continuously enhance landing page conversion rates (CRO).

• Guarantee complete tracking (GTM, pixels, UTM) and maintain a precise data inbound process into the CRM system (HubSpot).

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of substantial experience managing intricate Google accounts and social ads accounts (particularly Meta and TikTok), preferably within complex educational offerings or lead generation.

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets and convert them into scalable performance strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of platform-specific creative strategies (search psychology vs. social engagement) and the ability to effectively communicate these in briefs.

• Merge a strong aesthetic sense with a practical, solution-focused mindset for the rapid iteration of successful creatives.

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and proficient spoken and written English.
