This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee Paid Social accounts for various brands
• Handle advertising budgets ranging from 6 to 7 figures
• Emphasize performance throughout the entire marketing funnel
• Formulate data-driven strategies to enhance revenue, ROAS, and other key performance indicators
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Evaluate campaign performance, funnel data, and online shop metrics
• Generate reports utilizing tools such as DatAds
• Collaborate closely with clients, offering guidance on performance and e-commerce matters
• Develop hypothesis-driven briefings in collaboration with the Creative team
• Regularly test and scale methodologies while refining existing strategies
• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, particularly on Meta and TikTok
• Experience in managing Paid Social budgets from 6 to 7 figures
• Skills in planning, managing, and scaling campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and ideally TikTok
• Strong data orientation: tracking, attribution, KPI analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with common analytics tools and various attribution models
• Insight into the influence of creatives within a performance-driven context
• Capability to merge technical expertise with analytical reasoning
