This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the demand generation strategy and implementation for IT buyers within targeted industries, collaborating closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create a scalable and high-performing growth engine.
• Assist in evolving and operationalizing ConnectWise's go-to-market strategy for internal IT, customizing and refining existing GTM approaches to effectively engage, reach, and convert internal IT buyers.
• Design and implement integrated campaign strategies that encompass channel/indirect efforts, digital demand generation, and brand awareness initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue results.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across both inbound and outbound channels in collaboration with Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
• Manage pipeline metrics for the internal IT business, including MQL volume, MQL-to-SQO conversion rates, pipeline creation, velocity, and contributions to bookings targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to establish reporting rhythms that monitor performance, identify leakage, and promote continuous optimization.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the internal IT buyer segment, conveying campaign strategy, performance insights, and upcoming initiatives to Sales leadership and key stakeholders.
• Recognize gaps in the demand generation engine and present recommendations to address them.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven history of owning pipeline targets and achieving results, rather than simply executing tasks.
• Proven experience in building or launching demand generation programs from the ground up, not just enhancing existing ones.
• Strong cross-functional skills: you excel in aligning with Sales, collaborating with Product Marketing Management, and getting things accomplished without ideal conditions.
• Practical experience with marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, Outreach or similar) and a solid understanding of funnel mechanics.
• A data-driven mindset: you utilize data to consistently enhance performance.
• A proactive attitude, you do not wait for perfect alignment or a fully developed playbook to take action.
• Experience in a SaaS or IT channel environment is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
