This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the daily management of Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube as relevant.
• Create, develop, and continuously enhance the structure of Google Ads accounts.
• Oversee keyword strategies, analyze search queries, and enforce negative keyword practices.
• Develop and optimize Performance Max campaigns, focusing on asset group structures, audience signals, and exclusion strategies.
• Supervise Shopping feeds and offer precise optimization recommendations.
• Manage bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Compose ad copy and asset variations, obtaining final approval from leadership on new positioning.
• Track GA4 conversions and analyze tracking discrepancies.
• Discover performance enhancements through data analysis and regular campaign assessments.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social team to exchange cross-channel insights and elevate overall performance.
• Evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, and account effectiveness.
• Adjust campaign structures in alignment with business objectives, product performance, customer intent, and historical data.
• Uphold a rigorous approach to search query reviews, keyword expansion, and negative keyword management.
• Boost Performance Max outcomes through asset testing, feed insights, audience signals, and campaign segmentation.
• Ensure accuracy in conversion tracking and resolve discrepancies across Google Ads, GA4, and other reporting platforms.
• Keep updated on Google Ads platform developments, Performance Max best practices, Shopping optimizations, and contemporary DTC paid search strategies.
• Maintain daily availability on Slack during Australian business hours.
• Adhere to a same-day response standard for client inquiries.
• Lead written communications with the client team regarding paid search topics, including performance inquiries, campaign modifications, feed suggestions, and account updates.
• Participate in weekly client calls and oversee the paid search segment of the agenda.
• Contribute to bi-weekly reporting presentations and deliver the paid search performance segment during calls.
• Convey insights clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Escalate strategic, scope, or commercial inquiries to leadership instead of addressing them directly.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• At least 2 years managing advertising accounts with monthly expenditures over $100,000 USD.
• Proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
• Experience with apparel or fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Performance Max, including best practices post-2024.
• Strong experience in optimizing Shopping feeds.
• Advanced understanding of GA4, including custom conversions, audiences, exploration reports, and conversion tracking.
• Strong grasp of attribution, tracking discrepancies, modeled conversions, and contemporary paid search measurement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to confidently communicate with Australian and U.S. executives in meetings, Slack, and written communications.
• Availability to work full-time during Australian business hours (AEST).
• A true director-level mindset, capable of taking ownership of the paid search channel and working independently.
• Strong communication skills with clients, experienced in leading meetings, presenting results, and building trusting client relationships.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions while appropriately escalating strategic or commercial discussions.
• Experience working directly with clients in Western regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada, rather than only supporting offshore delivery teams.
