This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and take ownership of Clio's demand generation strategy specifically for the Spanish market, pinpointing the channels and programs that will drive the most significant growth.
• Establish targets and allocate budgets across various channels such as paid search, paid social, webinars, and events, while being responsible for performance outcomes.
• Conduct an analysis of the Spanish market and the legal industry landscape to inform messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities.
• Collaborate with the broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership to create the annual and quarterly demand generation plan for Spain.
• Lead the implementation of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events.
• Manage relationships with external paid media agencies, developing strategies and holding them accountable for results and performance.
• Direct A/B testing initiatives across creative assets, copy, and landing pages, utilizing results to continuously refine the approach.
• Partner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams to ensure that campaign assets resonate with the appropriate audience and messaging.
• Oversee reporting on pipeline contributions, CPL, conversion rates, and other essential demand generation metrics for Spain.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to provide leadership with insight into effective strategies.
• Translate performance data into a clear perspective on areas to intensify efforts and those to scale back.
• Regularly update EMEA marketing leadership on progress towards targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on lead flow, follow-up processes, and feedback mechanisms.
• Advocate for the needs of the Spanish market within broader EMEA marketing planning initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with in-market stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with the real needs of the Spanish legal market.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Create and maintain a campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain.
• Represent the needs and opportunities of Spain within the overarching EMEA marketing strategy.
• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Relevant experience working in or with the Spanish market.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) at a strategic level.
• Experience overseeing external agencies or vendors, including holding them accountable to defined targets.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of utilizing data to inform marketing strategies.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
