This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of campaign performance.
• Create, initiate, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns utilizing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creative elements to enhance outcomes.
• Analyze campaign results and pinpoint areas for improving CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic quality.
• Manage significant monthly advertising budgets directly within the platforms.
• Address technical performance challenges effectively.
• Identify and resolve issues related to attribution and conversion tracking.
• Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and other related tracking technologies.
• Ensure precise reporting and measurement of campaigns across various platforms.
• Engage in testing, learning, and improving processes.
• Plan and implement creative testing strategies, particularly within Meta.
• Continuously experiment with audiences, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements, privacy regulations, and evolving best practices.
• Contribute ideas to enhance campaign performance across client accounts.
• Partner effectively with clients and the internal team.
• Collaborate with strategists and account teams to achieve outstanding client results.
• Participate in client discussions and confidently articulate campaign performance and recommendations.
• Share expertise and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Over 5 years of practical performance marketing experience managing campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Profound technical knowledge in campaign optimization, audience strategy, bidding, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and other relevant measurement tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing substantial paid media budgets directly, rather than merely overseeing agency partners.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in interpreting campaign data to enhance performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to discuss campaign performance with clients effectively.
