📋 Description

• As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your assigned portfolio. Your focus will be on the success of clients’ businesses, ensuring your efforts align with overarching business objectives. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your responsibilities autonomously.

• You will collaborate closely with account leadership to brainstorm and refine the strategy of your service within the broader media landscape. Your responsibilities include managing reporting, optimizations, client communications, and executing keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, occasionally with the assistance of a Specialist.

• As the Strategist, you excel at providing insights and forward-thinking strategies to clients continuously, possessing a solid understanding of your service’s strategy and the necessary levers to enhance performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Complete ownership and execution of performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms.

• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.

• Proficient in executing builds and productions from A-Z with redundancy across channels; coordinating production with Specialists on teams when applicable.

• Lead the execution of optimizations concerning performance enhancements relative to established goals.

• Manage all client budgets and provide advice on budget adjustments based on your expertise.

• Effectively communicate strategic insights internally for client teams.

• Maintain proactive internal communication with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Specialists where applicable.

• Deliver weekly client progress summaries, highlighting performance insights and future recommendations.

• Strong acumen in marketing and business strategy.

• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and execution through paid social and paid media.

• In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce model and lead generation strategies.

• Ability to navigate challenges and adapt strategies to changing landscapes to achieve desired results.

• Responsible for performance reporting and strategy communication.

• Execute performance reporting from A-Z with exceptional presentation skills.

• Capable of leveraging data to tell a compelling story and clearly articulate results to clients and key stakeholders, outlining next steps.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.


🏝️ Benefits

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B.

• At least 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.

• Specific experience with campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.

• Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads.

• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).

• Proficiency in Google Analytics.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the funnel.
