This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement various high-impact People programs throughout the organization.
• Revamp and execute performance review cycles and calibration processes.
• Establish and uphold promotion procedures, performance criteria, and guidelines for managers.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategies and execution for performance management.
• Develop training programs for managers focused on feedback, coaching, accountability, and team management.
• Create scalable resources, playbooks, and enablement materials for leaders.
• Guide managers through performance issues, challenging conversations, team dynamics, and terminations.
• Work alongside Legal and leadership on high-risk employee matters and investigations.
• Construct scalable employee relations documentation, intake, escalation, and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure fairness and consistency in organizational decisions and employee outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team efficiency.
• Assist leadership during reorganizations, promotions, scope alterations, and team expansion.
• Identify risks to organizational health, retention issues, and gaps in manager effectiveness.
• Develop scalable frameworks for organizational planning and talent reviews.
• Partner on onboarding strategies and the effectiveness of manager onboarding.
• Create scalable development and growth programs throughout the organization.
• Help establish leadership expectations and a career development framework.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven experience in high-growth organizations and scaling People programs.
• Strong background in employee relations and coaching managers.
• Experience in developing and managing performance management processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, complex organizational structures, and sensitive employee situations.
• Strong operational mindset with the capability to create processes from the ground up.
• Excellent judgment, balancing employee experience with organizational needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to influence leaders and foster alignment across teams.
• Experience partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leadership.
