This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Oversee intricate onboarding, job transitions, transfers, exits, and associated employee lifecycle processes across various jurisdictions.
• Ensure the accuracy of HRIS records while leading data-quality audits, reconciliations, root-cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
• Design and enhance workflows for requests, approvals, notifications, document generation, and system integration.
• Manage global operations for leave and benefits.
• Create operational dashboards and exception reports.
• Take ownership of compliance reporting and tracking activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, PBPs, managers, and vendors.
• Lead the HR operations optimization pipeline.
• Enhance employee lifecycle delivery, HRIS data integrity, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Redesign workflows, eliminate redundant tasks, and implement effective automation across HR and partner systems.
• Extensive experience in HR operations.
• Strong expertise in HRIS; ADP experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of simplifying or automating processes.
• Familiarity with global leave administration and benefits operations.
• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting; Power BI experience is valued.
• Knowledge of Workato, Power Automate, ServiceNow, APIs, or similar tools.
• Strong project management and communication capabilities.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee support.
• Experience managing compliance calendars, audits, filings, and remediation tracking.
• Proven ability to create knowledge bases, playbooks, training materials, and self-service resources.
• Preferred location in the Denver area, though candidates from other locations are encouraged to apply.
