Senior People Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and staff in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to synchronize people and business strategies.

• Provide guidance to employees and build trust through transparent HR processes.

• Cultivate leadership capabilities and offer coaching and support throughout the employee journey.

• Work alongside the wider People team and internal partners on performance and talent evaluations.

• Assist in compensation planning, performance management, career advancement, leadership coaching, organizational structuring, headcount forecasting, and employee relations.

• Propel high-performing teams and engage at both operational and strategic levels.

• Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience.

• At least 5 years serving as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in dynamic, scaling organizations.

• Extensive HR expertise.

• Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and best practices.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex, ambiguous scenarios into clear, actionable strategies.

• Data-driven approach.

• Experience utilizing people metrics and insights to create and implement effective talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Preferred background supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS industries.

• Previous experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams is preferred.
