• Direct a globally distributed People Operations team

• Manage the complete payroll processing cycle

• Take ownership of the compliance calendar and lead audit processes

• Collaborate with legal counsel for immigration submissions

• Over 7 years of advancing experience in People Operations

• Proven track record in managing a distributed or offshore operations team

• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment compliance regulations

• Experience in partnering with external vendors

• Exceptional attention to detail
