This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Cultivate robust relationships throughout the organization to grasp essential priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
• Exhibits a genuine interest in AI and its significance in the evolution of people operations.
• Collaborates with the People Operations Liaison to streamline the onboarding process.
• Works in tandem with Benefits to assist with the leave of absence procedures.
• Takes full ownership of the ADA accommodation process for current team members.
• Keeps informed about the company's business, industry, and functional areas.
• Conducts HR compliance audits in collaboration with the Compliance department.
• Evaluates people trends and metrics alongside the People Operations Manager and VP.
• Coordinates with the corporate people team to guarantee the consistent and effective implementation of enterprise-wide people processes, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborates with other People Operations Professionals to integrate business processes and tools within Workday and ADP WorkForce Now.
• Organizes training sessions and learning opportunities across the organization as necessary.
• Assumes responsibility for key people programs from the outset.
• Directs NextGen programs targeting both internal and external audiences.
• Partners with the business to ensure these programs create meaningful opportunities and impact.
• Collaborates with Learning & Development to design, develop, and sustain the Leaders as Coaches training series.
• Aids in full-cycle recruiting for Financial Services, with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner scheduled for 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred; SHRM or PHR certifications are also desired.
• A minimum of 2 – 4 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner capacity is required, with 5 years preferred.
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce is preferred.
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite of solutions with ease.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to modernize HR is a significant advantage for this role.
• HRIS experience is required; familiarity with Workday and ADP WorkForce Now is strongly preferred.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, using data to influence decisions rather than merely reporting them.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Highly consultative, approachable, and trusted; acts as a business partner rather than a gatekeeper.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and sound judgment.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
