• Execute and facilitate employee lifecycle processes for the workforce in the U.S. and Costa Rica.
• Oversee daily lifecycle administration tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee documentation.
• Administer and support benefits and leave programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure payroll accuracy by maintaining timely and precise updates to employee data.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee lifecycle administration, benefits coordination, compliance processes, HR systems, and payroll management.
• Proficient in HR systems and payroll operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
• Experience with automation and AI-driven tools.
