Senior HR Analyst – People Analytics and Technology

📋 Description

• Lead the analysis of workforce data (such as turnover, compensation, recruiting, and engagement) to guide decision-making.

• Convert people data into dashboards that generate actionable insights.

• Anticipate workforce requirements and assess the effectiveness and ROI of HR programs.

• Drive people analytics initiatives, ensuring insights are anchored in HR context through collaboration with HR business partners, talent acquisition, internal communications & engagement, and HR operations teams.

• Perform compensation and benefits analyses to inform the design and efficacy of programs.

• Offer insights to enhance talent outcomes, including hiring, retention, and engagement.

• Collaborate across HR to identify and prioritize impactful opportunities for leveraging AI.

• Utilize AI to facilitate autonomous workflows and automate HR processes on a large scale, allowing teams to concentrate on strategic, high-value work.

• Assess, implement, and optimize technologies that boost HR efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and evolve the HR technology stack (ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, Litmos, etc.), encompassing integrations and vendor management.

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all HR systems.

• Work with HR Operations to maintain accurate, compliant, and scalable people data.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in HR analytics, HR technology, or HR program management.

• Background in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in HR systems, analytics, and programs.

• Preferred experience managing HR technology vendors and systems (such as ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, Litmos).

• Knowledge of AI and automation tools within HR applications.

• Strong business acumen and comprehension of HR practices and compliance.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
