• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute People strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture within the sales, marketing, and customer success divisions.
• Oversee the development and retention initiatives for the GTM and Underwriting departments, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent in sales, marketing, and customer-facing positions.
• Lead the performance evaluation procedures, which include goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to improve employee performance and facilitate career advancement across teams.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that boost efficiency and support scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the right personnel are in place to meet business goals.
• Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing employee relations concerns, conducting comprehensive investigations, and resolving conflicts to uphold a positive and motivating work environment.
• Identify training and development requirements and collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement to develop and implement programs that foster employee growth.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field.
• Over 5 years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years of direct support in GTM.
• Experience in supporting high-volume workforces with monthly performance-based incentives, specifically in sales, underwriting, or customer support/collection settings.
• Must have experience working with a global workforce of approximately 400-500 employees.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations related to hourly employees, including wage and hour compliance, overtime, and scheduling, or experience working with external counsel (knowledge of Dominican Republic labor laws is a plus).
• Familiarity with Lattice, Rippling, and ChangeEngine is advantageous.
• Annual Target Bonus: 12%
