• Oversee the recruitment process across various fields, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Provide administrative assistance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in a timely manner.
• Offer administrative support in drafting letters and updating systems for changes affecting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
• Aid the HR Lead in gathering benchmarking data, analyzing trends, and generating reports from the HRIS to recommend competitive compensation packages.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies across global regions.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and deliver monthly reports to the HR director.
• Manage multiple HR projects concurrently, effectively overseeing scope, timelines, and resources. This may include the implementation of new HR systems, global payroll, or employee benefits programs.
• Handle overall hiring processes in the Rest of the World.
• Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience in the UK and the Rest of the World.
• Take charge of offboarding processes for departing employees and handling end-of-contract matters.
• Assist in generating reports to foster proactive initiatives.
• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and gather feedback regarding recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Establish best practices for joining and onboarding procedures.
• Support all hands and engagement initiatives.
• Immediate availability is preferred, or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days.
