• Offers system and end-user support for the Oracle Cloud HCM application within a complex and dynamic setting.
• Conducts analysis and resolves problems effectively.
• Reviews quarterly releases, provides recommendations, and communicates changes and enhancements.
• Delivers production support across various Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Acts as an escalation point for issues, including researching and resolving configuration or integration problems, unexpected outcomes, or process deficiencies.
• Plans and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches, which includes functionality and design review as well as comprehensive user testing.
• Collaborates with functional owners to translate system needs into requirements while effectively conveying system capabilities and limitations.
• Develops, documents, and maintains all existing and new business process workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Engages with project teams, business partners, and vendors for effective communication.
• Places a strong emphasis on enhancing the employee experience through self-service transactions.
• Utilizes Oracle AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and identify automation opportunities across the organization.
• Possesses experience in Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
• Manages personalization to ensure easy navigation and user-friendliness.
• Develops test plans/scripts, executes testing scenarios, and validates results.
• Associate's Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Human Capital Management systems, preferably within Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion).
• Familiarity with setup and support within Human Capital Management Systems, particularly Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Understanding of the HR business processes that are supported by HR systems.
• Foundational knowledge of HR subjects and services, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, performance, and learning.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and organizational skills with the capacity to solve problems creatively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
