This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and facilitate employee lifecycle activities for the workforce in the U.S. and Costa Rica.
• Handle daily lifecycle administration tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee documentation.
• Manage and support benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Enhance payroll accuracy by ensuring timely and precise updates to employee data.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and assist in implementing process enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee lifecycle administration, benefits coordination, compliance processes, HR systems, and payroll input management.
• Expertise in HR systems and payroll procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to documentation practices.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and execution skills.
• Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools.
