Senior People Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Pro within the People Operations team.

• Address requests, troubleshoot problems, and deliver prompt, high-quality system assistance.

• Oversee and prioritize People Systems requests via Jira.

• Manage, track, and resolve tickets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• Create, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and business leaders.

• Configure and sustain UKG Pro modules, encompassing core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling.

• Document system procedures, configuration modifications, and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with the larger People Operations team to pinpoint recurring issues and tackle root causes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of direct experience with UKG Pro.

• Strong expertise in report creation using Cognos or UKG Reporting.

• Experience in configuring the UKG Pro system.

• Familiarity with managing incoming requests through a ticketing system; experience with Jira or a similar platform is preferred.

• A customer-first approach with responsiveness, clarity, and patience when assisting stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proven track record of maintaining data integrity.

• Experience with SOX audit controls is preferred.

• Capability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong, confident written and verbal communication skills.

• Must currently reside in Brazil and possess legal authorization to work in Brazil.
