This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders in Global Supply Chain and the Home Warranty business to identify, prioritize, and develop organizational capabilities, structures, processes, and behaviors.
• Utilize data insights and technology to make informed, strategy-oriented talent decisions.
• Work alongside HR Operations, the Employee Relations Center, and Centers of Excellence to provide integrated HR solutions.
• Spearhead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational design.
• Assist with activities related to acquisition, divestiture, and organizational integration.
• Manage processes related to talent acquisition, learning, and performance management.
• Supervise compensation strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Anticipate and plan for talent pipeline needs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees and leaders on development opportunities and performance expectations.
• Disseminate best practices and stay informed about innovative HR practices and trends.
• Participate in HR and cross-functional initiatives concerning organization design, compensation, recruitment, learning, behavioral change, bench strength, and development plans.
• Collaborate with COEs, HR Operations, and Employee Relations partners to guarantee effective resources, analytics, processes, and policies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years focused on creating and implementing people strategies for specific departments or functional areas.
• PHR, SPHR, or an equivalent certification.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with annual and long-term budgeting cycles.
• Knowledge and experience in workforce planning, organization design, change management, performance management, project management, problem-solving, coaching, employee engagement, diversity, and compensation.
• Experience in managing within a matrix organization in a complex global setting.
• Background in a regulatory environment, experience managing others, budgeting, or working outside the HR function is beneficial.
