This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, design, and comprehensive execution of mid-year and year-end performance cycles.
• Spearhead the employee listening strategy and Pulse initiative.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and HR Business Partners to transform survey data into actionable organizational insights, leader initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Propel the employee program for GenAI acceleration through change management, communication strategies, learning opportunities, experimentation, and assessment.
• Develop and oversee an enterprise-wide employee engagement calendar.
• Enhance the timing, sequencing, messaging, and execution of company-wide employee requests in coordination with functional leaders.
• Fortify employee resource groups by establishing purpose, operating models, standards, annual rhythms, and self-service tools.
• Recognize employee-facing needs that lack a defined strategy or ownership and create scalable solutions.
• Convert program insights into succinct recommendations for People and business leaders.
• Set success metrics and refine programs through data and feedback analysis.
• Create documentation, governance, and operational practices to facilitate future scalability.
• Function as an individual contributor while strategizing with senior leaders and personally developing implementation plans, processes, communications, and tools.
• Over 10 years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, enterprise program management, People/HR programs, organizational change, or a similar domain.
• Proven history of managing complex, enterprise-wide programs that impact a large employee demographic and necessitate senior-level, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Outstanding strategic and systems thinking abilities.
• Skill in identifying fundamental needs, formulating clear recommendations, and converting them into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of presenting a well-supported perspective to senior leadership.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.
• Competence in challenging partners, negotiating trade-offs, and making prioritization decisions.
• Comfortable leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to discern patterns, validate assumptions, and suggest actions.
• High standards for execution with a readiness to engage in hands-on work.
• Sound judgment regarding independent actions, context gathering, and escalation processes.
• A mindset of curiosity and humility, with a readiness to adapt based on new information.
