This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Guide managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and handling challenging personnel decisions.
• Analyze the root causes of performance and team-related issues.
• Oversee performance and employee relations initiatives throughout North America.
• Balance employee satisfaction, business requirements, consistency, judgment, and risk management.
• Collaborate with managers on team wellness, engagement, talent management, performance, and change by utilizing both qualitative insights and data.
• Recognize patterns across teams, emerging trends, and potential risks.
• Work in partnership with Functional HR Business Partners and People team collaborators.
• Assist in developing and scaling the new Regional HR Business Partner model.
• Investigate technology, automation, and AI solutions to minimize repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making processes.
• Report directly to the Director of Regional HR Business Partners.
• Proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner, or in a position that involves coaching managers and addressing significant people and team challenges.
• Solid understanding of US employment laws and practices.
• Experience supporting employees across various US states is highly preferred.
• Broader North American experience is an advantage.
• Exceptional ability to coach managers effectively.
• Strong judgment in evaluating issues, risks, and formulating recommendations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and organizational changes.
• Comfort with ambiguity in the workplace.
• Interest in comprehending the business objectives associated with people-related inquiries.
• Capability to work autonomously while recognizing when to seek input or escalate issues.
• Skill in identifying trends and exploring root causes.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams, functions, and time zones within a distributed organization.
