This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a daily partner for managers throughout the organization regarding inquiries about personnel, team dynamics, and coaching requirements.
• Collaborate with the Head of People on employee relations matters, applying case-specific judgment to determine leadership responsibilities.
• Guide managers and team members through challenging conversations and personnel issues that arise.
• Oversee our essential people processes from start to finish: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compliance documentation, and HR systems.
• Discover and implement workflow automations and AI tools that provide significant leverage and address challenges within the People functions.
• Manage internal communications related to People programs, policy updates, and initiatives, applying change management expertise during process transitions.
• Handle the operational aspects of our performance cycles: setup, timelines, and tracking of completions.
• Create resources for manager enablement that they can easily access, serving as the primary point of contact for daily personnel inquiries.
• Oversee employee engagement comprehensively: survey management, data analysis, and interpreting what the data indicates.
• Develop and sustain people dashboards and trackers that encompass People data.
• Generate insight-driven summaries from data; assist in understanding the implications of our findings, beyond just the numerical values.
• Provide support to the Recruiting team as needed in coordination and enhancing the candidate experience.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or a hybrid HRBP/People Ops role.
• Strong judgment in employment law and fundamentals of employee relations.
• Proficient in managing a People Ops stack.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication skills, comfortable creating scalable documentation.
• Practical, day-to-day experience utilizing AI tools in HR activities.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across various employment models and regions.
• Quick and iterative; comfortable presenting a version 1 to stakeholders and refining it based on feedback.
• Empathetic and decisive; thoughtful in evaluating trade-offs and confident in the decisions made.
