Senior People Experience – Culture Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute hub events, team-building activities, and road trips that enhance a sense of belonging and connection within a distributed team.

• Establish and manage scalable recognition programs and milestone celebrations (such as birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that maintain a personal touch regardless of the team's size.

• Oversee branded merchandise from concept to distribution, including production and vendor management across various hubs.

• Foster engagement within a distributed workforce by providing effective communication strategies: guiding teams on communication formats and best practices. Transform ideas into repeatable, measurable engagement initiatives.

• Spearhead cross-hub programs that promote a unified culture and a consistent employee experience across all locations.

• Manage relationships with external partners and budgets to ensure timely and on-brand program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing employee events, team-building activities, and engagement programs from start to finish, preferably in multiple locations or within a distributed workforce.

• A creative approach with a proven record of transforming ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives — moving beyond one-off events.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently, set standards, and provide guidance to the broader People team.

• Established experience (or strong capabilities) in managing employee engagement through effective internal communications.

• Familiarity with vendor, budget, and logistics management across different markets.

• Willingness and capacity to travel between hubs to support local initiatives and events.
