Director, People Operations, Data and Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and manage the operational framework of the People team, which includes the people calendar, planning cycles, process documentation, and review schedules that facilitate scalability.

• Create a framework for accountability that clarifies priorities, tracks progress, and ensures consistent delivery throughout the team.

• Oversee people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation, ensuring they remain up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Adopt a systems-oriented and operational perspective on the entire employee lifecycle and experience.

• Develop and sustain people analytics capabilities, guaranteeing data integrity, reporting accuracy, and robust governance across people systems and the complete employee lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to multi-state employment laws, along with auditing and reporting obligations.

• Establish the People team's systems, automation, and AI priorities by defining needs, use cases, and success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the People, Talent, IT, Finance, and Product teams to ensure that shared processes are well-structured, documented, and executed consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations, People Operations, or a related field.

• Strong analytical abilities and proven experience in leveraging data to generate insights and predictive analysis.

• Proven capability to design and implement scalable processes and systems rather than merely addressing current issues.

• Authentic passion for and experience in utilizing AI and automation in HR or operational workflows.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without oversight.
