This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accurately and confidentially maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., HRIS) and physical files.

• Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.

• Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating induction sessions.

• Assist in preparing payroll-related information, including processing new hire documentation and leave requests.

• Manage employee benefits programs, address inquiries regarding benefits, and collaborate with benefits providers as necessary.

• Aid in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

• Organize training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and managing attendance records.

• Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation.

• Generate HR-related reports as needed, such as headcount reports, turnover statistics, and training summaries.

• Offer general administrative assistance to the P&C team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in HR Administration.

• Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Knowledge of US employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and possessing a strong work ethic.
