Senior People Experience – Culture Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Design and execute hub events, team-building activities, and road trips that enhance belonging and connection within a distributed team.

• Develop and manage scalable recognition programs and milestone celebrations (such as birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that feel personal regardless of headcount.

• Oversee branded merchandise from start to finish: concept development, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.

• Foster engagement across a distributed workforce through effective communication: advising teams on communication formats and best practices. Transform ideas into repeatable, measurable engagement initiatives.

• Spearhead cross-hub programs that promote a unified culture and a consistent employee experience across all locations.

• Manage external partners and budgets to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing employee events, team-building, and engagement programs from start to finish, preferably across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.

• A creative approach with a proven history of transforming ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives—not merely one-time events.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently, set standards, and provide guidance to the broader People team.

• Proven experience (or strong skills) in managing employee engagement through effective internal communications.

• Comfortable with vendor, budget, and logistics management across various markets.

• Willingness and ability to travel between hubs to support local initiatives and events.
