Manager, People Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• The Manager, People Services role is a vital part of the leadership team for designated business segments, serving as a trusted consultant on strategic human resources (HR) and other issues that affect business outcomes.

• Responsible for guiding and mentoring managers and above, including executive leaders within the organization.

• Delivering strategic HR support and expertise to our organization.

• Collaborate closely with department leaders (manager+) and team members to ensure the implementation of effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business goals.

• Identify and pursue key priorities by executing our human capital strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred.

• Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred.

• A current driver’s license in the state of residence and an insurable driving record are required.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience as a human resources manager is strongly preferred; experience in a large company (1000+ employees) is also favored.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is required.
