This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluates, monitors, and documents adherence to both mandatory and non-mandatory training (e.g., anti-harassment, regulatory) utilizing HRIS platforms such as Workday, while employing AI-assisted reporting to identify completion gaps and create compliance summaries.
• Provides ongoing HR program assistance across areas like compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance management — utilizing Microsoft Copilot to generate documentation, meeting notes, and corrective action reports.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by utilizing AI-assisted policy review tools and subscribing to regulatory update feeds; applies analytical skills to adapt regulatory changes into revised internal procedures.
• Remains informed about HR trends, technology, and employment law — including new AI tools for talent management, predictive analytics, and employee engagement — and shares relevant findings with the team.
• Collaborates with HR leaders to develop and refine HR processes and procedures, using tools like Copilot in Word to efficiently draft, version, and standardize documentation.
• Engages in employee engagement initiatives, aiding in the analysis of survey data to extract insights that inform critical results and objectives.
• Applies professional judgment in daily employee relations situations — corrective actions, PIPs, exit interviews — employing AI drafting tools to ensure consistent and legally sound written communications.
• Assists Business Partners with complex employee relations challenges, including preparing documentation and synthesizing case history through AI-assisted search and summarization within the HRIS.
• Leads HR meetings and training sessions, utilizing Copilot in Teams for real-time note-taking, capturing action items, and generating follow-up tasks.
• Contributes to corporate HR initiatives and project work, using AI tools to expedite research, data analysis, and deliverable production across cross-functional projects.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist with escalating responsibilities.
• Previous experience in a large contact center is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and regulatory compliance; including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Workers Comp, Unemployment, and employee relations.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple priorities with professionalism and composure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is essential, as they are integral to our organizational workflow, and this will continue to grow.
