This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on a key role in our People & Culture Operations Team, managing operational HR topics for Germany and Austria with expertise, structure, and high reliability.

• You will coordinate P&C operations topics within the DACH region of the corporate group and assume a professional steering function within the team by managing priorities and backlogs, ensuring defined service levels along with quality and process standards, and actively supporting knowledge transfer.

• You will be responsible for end-to-end personnel administration, reviewing and creating work-related documents, and ensuring that data, contracts, and processes are accurate and up to date.

• You will collaborate closely with leaders, business partners, and other interfaces, confidently advising on labor law issues and supporting complex individual cases through all phases.

• Through structured analysis and a keen eye for details, you will continuously develop HR processes, standards, and operational workflows, ensuring their quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of business, human resources, or a comparable discipline.

• Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally with experience in international structures and supporting the DACH region with a focus on Austria.

• Solid knowledge in personnel administration, experience in labor law and preparatory payroll accounting, collaboration with works councils, and experience in Compensation & Benefits topics (payroll support).

• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, a structured and independent working style, a confident demeanor, and a high standard of quality.

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for communication in an international environment.
