• You will collaborate closely with our GTM management and leadership teams to establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• You will assess needs, identify gaps, and discover opportunities within existing processes and policies, partnering to create sustainable and scalable solutions.
• You will assist the People Team by serving as the subject matter expert for your function regarding all projects and initiatives.
• You will support both new and experienced people managers across the GTM function to foster a robust and consistent approach to people management.
• You will work alongside our People Team to implement our annual processes related to talent and performance, workforce management, attrition and retention, compensation analysis, and learning & development initiatives.
• You will leverage your professional expertise to actively enhance and deliver these processes, while also providing insights on how to continuously improve Grafana initiatives.
• You possess experience working with GTM management teams.
• You thrive in diverse roles and can serve as both a strategic partner and tactical support when necessary.
• You are process-oriented, enjoy creating structure in ambiguous situations, and excel at finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
• You will manage a variety of intricate and sensitive employee matters while maintaining confidentiality across all levels of the organization.
• You are naturally inclined towards helping others and solving problems, using your passion to identify issues, define solutions, and create impact with a high say/do ratio.
