• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to develop organizational design and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

• 12+ years of experience in People (HR) Business Partnering or talent leadership, specifically supporting commercial or go-to-market teams in the biotech/pharma sector.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders while working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how commercial organizations create value.
• Experience in supporting teams through periods of scaling, launching, or significant change.
• High level of judgment to effectively handle sensitive situations.
• Ability to convert business strategies into organizational and talent-related decisions.
