This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute impactful people initiatives, which encompass calibrations, compensation reviews, employee surveys, and management development.
β’ Assist in the alignment of partnership and people strategy with decisions regarding organization design, workforce planning, succession/transition planning, skills assessment, and compensation.
β’ Guide and nurture people leaders to cultivate high-performing, trustworthy teams. You will be the partner who has engaged in the application of metrics that GTM managers rely on when addressing performance challenges, cultural shifts, or navigating complex situations.
β’ Establish strong foundations that promote high trust, empathy, and psychological safety within our teams.
β’ Forge relationships deep enough to identify issues before they escalate into crises. You will leverage people data to extract insights, recognize trends, and encourage leaders to take action.
β’ Take ownership of critical experiences β including performance improvement, employee relations, and off-boarding β with the discernment and care required for these pivotal moments. You will advocate for both the employee and the organization.
β’ You have collaborated with senior leaders, aligning people programs with business strategies, and can cite outcomes β not merely activities β that you have influenced. Experience in supporting technical or GTM teams is advantageous.
β’ You have provided support to an international GTM Team.
β’ Possess curiosity and a strong desire to explore various areas to uncover the root causes of our people challenges. You are adept at analyzing people data and crafting solutions and insights.
β’ You have successfully guided organizations through change β beyond mere communication. You know how to foster alignment, manage resistance, and keep teams advancing.
β’ You have the ability to identify opportunities and programs that aid in the development and retention of top talent. You believe in nurturing leaders for life.
β’ A talent for leading and managing change initiatives, along with the capability to effectively communicate those changes to the team. Experience in prior change efforts is a plus.
