This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior consultant for leaders, harmonizing business strategy with people strategy to enhance performance and drive transformation.
• Convert business requirements into actionable, scalable people initiatives that foster capability and improve organizational well-being.
• Proactively identify talent and workforce issues through continuous environmental analysis, internal insights, and business collaboration.
• Lead intricate organizational design projects across various business units; provide guidance on structure, role clarity, spans and layers, and change implications.
• Pinpoint opportunities for optimizing team performance, decision-making frameworks, and cross-functional cooperation.
• Collaborate on workforce planning efforts to ensure that the right individuals occupy the right positions at the right times.
• Mentor and support senior leaders and managers during change initiatives, leadership transitions, and team developments.
• Facilitate discussions regarding talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of top talent across various functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous performance by integrating feedback, recognition, and development into everyday leadership practices.
• Offer data-driven advice to influence decisions regarding structure, talent mobility, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to guarantee data accuracy and utilize insights to identify root causes and guide actions.
• Lead and support strategic people analytics initiatives to enhance business impact.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for intricate and sensitive employee relations matters, employing objective, legally sound methods.
• Advocate for a culture of trust, accountability, and respect through coaching leaders and implementing systemic interventions.
• Work in tandem with HR Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Operations) to promote integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior PBPs and HR team members, exemplifying excellence and enhancing the practice.
• Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of progressive experience in strategic HR, including at least 5 years in a People Business Partner or Senior HRBP position.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior leadership to propel transformation, talent strategy, and organizational design.
• Proven success in complex, matrixed settings with enterprise-wide scope and ambiguity.
• Strong business acumen and comprehension of company financials, operations, customers, and market dynamics.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential, sensitive matters with sound judgment.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence, coach, and advise at senior levels.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or technology sectors (preferred).
• Advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) (preferred).
• Background in mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale restructuring (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern HRIS and analytics tools (preferred).
