This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and enhance our onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and oversee employment agreements, contractor contracts, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with our EOR partners to assist our global workforce.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient, and favorable for employees.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to managers on people-related matters.
• Provide support during challenging conversations, feedback sessions, and employee relations as necessary.
• Assist managers in successfully leading fully remote teams.
• Mentor managers on performance, engagement, and team development.
• Organize performance review cycles.
• Aid in designing and refining career pathways and progression frameworks.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives.
• Participate in compensation and benefits evaluations and discussions on internal equity.
• Develop and enhance HR policies, documentation, and internal procedures.
• Help scale People Operations while minimizing bureaucracy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Proactively contribute ideas instead of merely executing existing processes.
• Approximately **5+ years of experience** in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or scale-up environment.
• Background in supporting internationally distributed teams.
• Practical experience working with one or more Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
• In-depth understanding of the entire employee lifecycle.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience supporting a UK-based company or strong familiarity with UK employment practices.
• Based in the UK or prior experience within the UK HR landscape.
• Familiarity with international relocations and immigration processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like Rippling, HiBob, BambooHR, or similar.
• Experience in remote-first organizations.
