This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate top-tier People Business Partners.
• Recruit, nurture, and expand people-oriented business partners.
• Oversee a team dedicated to outstanding stakeholder support and operational excellence.
• Establish accountability frameworks, performance standards, development pathways, and operational guidelines.
• Facilitate monthly People Strategy Meetings with operational stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP of PEP.
• Identify risks proactively and propose significant recommendations.
• Direct the field-side implementation of enterprise People initiatives.
• Assist leaders and team members during restructures and workforce actions.
• Implement labor strategies in the field.
• Manage the People Business Partner workstream for acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive HR/People experience.
• Proven experience in establishing scalable reporting infrastructure and reporting rhythms.
• Background in designing enterprise listening strategies, engagement surveys, or onboarding feedback programs.
• Experience in union and labor relations.
• Familiarity with healthcare, labor relations, or multi-site operations.
• Proficiency in financial and workforce planning.
• Strong executive presence, along with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
