This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The People Strategy Consultant will be tasked with delivering the following outputs:
• - **Employee Relations Framework.** Create and document an employee relations framework that encompasses supporting policies, escalation pathways, and reference materials, presented as a defined work product.
• - **Annual Performance Review and Merit Enablement.** Design the enablement package for FloQast’s annual performance review and merit cycle, which includes training materials and facilitating related training sessions for designated stakeholders.
• - **Workstream Playbooks.** Develop a series of workstream playbooks that outline established people-operations processes, provided as comprehensive reference documentation.
• - **Calibration Consolidation and Visualization.** Create a consolidated calibration framework along with supporting visual tools to facilitate the review and alignment of performance calibration data across teams, delivered as a defined work product.
• - **PBP Process Optimization and AI-Integration.** Assess and enhance existing PBP processes while identifying opportunities for AI integration to boost efficiency and accuracy, delivered as a documented recommendations package with updated process flows.
• - **PBP Toolkits and Enablement Materials Update.** Review and refresh existing PBP toolkits and enablement materials to align with current best practices and organizational requirements, delivered as revised reference documentation.
• - **Policy Review and Optimization.** Perform a thorough review of current People-function policies and provide optimized policy documentation with suggested updates, delivered as a completed policy package.
• The People Strategy Consultant will be engaged to produce and deliver these work products. It is important to note that the People Strategy Consultant is not responsible for ongoing operational duties, managing or overseeing FloQast personnel, or holding a permanent position within the People team.
• Proven experience in creating people-operations deliverables such as employee relations frameworks, performance-review enablement materials, calibration frameworks, policy documentation, and process playbooks, preferably for scaling technology or SaaS companies.
• Outstanding written communication skills, with substantial experience in crafting clear, structured, and persuasive narrative business documents.
• A successful history of completing defined consulting projects independently and within deadlines.
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials, as well as facilitating training sessions.
• Previous achievements in designing and implementing culture-focused initiatives.
• Project management experience with the capability to utilize data and analytics for informed decision-making and measuring outcomes.
• Skills in talent assessment, alongside experience in developing high-performing leaders and teams.
• Functions as a recognized independent consultant or business providing these services to multiple clients.
• Experience in evaluating and enhancing people-operations processes, including knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation opportunities within HR workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct policy reviews and produce clear, actionable policy documentation that aligns with organizational needs and legal requirements.
