This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and advance the complete people function at Advantage HQ
• Integrate leadership in talent acquisition with the management of people operations
• Take charge of an existing recruiting team to ensure the organization can attract, hire, onboard, develop, and retain outstanding talent
• Serve as the primary owner of hiring strategy, recruiting operations, employee experience, onboarding, organizational design support, and people processes
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all matters related to personnel
• 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Human Resources leadership roles
• Proven experience supporting organizations with 100 or more employees
• Demonstrated ability to lead recruiting teams and manage hiring operations
• Strong knowledge of people operations within remote or distributed organizations
• Experience working in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies
• Excellent judgment and strong decision-making capabilities
• Proactive approach and sense of ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments characterized by ambiguity and constant change
