• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute People strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee strategies aimed at development and retention within the GTM and Underwriting departments.
• Lead the performance evaluation processes, which include goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes.
• Work alongside stakeholders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
• Guide teams through phases of organizational change.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management.
• Identify training and development needs, collaborating with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years of direct support for GTM.
• Proven experience in supporting high-volume workforces with monthly performance-based incentives, specifically in sales, underwriting, or customer support/collection environments.
• Must have experience working with a global workforce comprising between 400-500 employees.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations relevant to hourly employees.
• Familiarity with Lattice, Rippling, and ChangeEngine is advantageous.
