Senior PEGA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and create intricate applications utilizing Pega.

• Convert business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.

• Work alongside LSAs and BAs to ensure alignment of Pega Blueprint models and implementations.

• Establish low-level architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and manage teams of 2–3 developers.

• Guarantee adherence to Pega development best practices and standards.

• Engage in the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation.

• Investigate and resolve issues, bugs, and performance challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the successful evolution of solutions.

• Take part in DevOps and CI/CD processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in working with Pega.

• Pega CSA or CSSA certification is required.

• Familiarity with recent Pega versions, specifically Pega 8.x or later.

• Understanding of Pega Blueprint for process modeling and requirements gathering.

• Experience with Case Management, workflows, and integrations.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

• Familiarity with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Previous experience leading technical teams is a plus.

• Background in enterprise application transformation and evolution projects is advantageous.

• Understanding of solution architecture and design patterns is beneficial.
